Viking Mergers & Acquisitions Facilitates Sale of Forklift Pro

Viking Mergers & Acquisitions of Charlotte, N.C. has just completed the sale of Forklift Pro, Inc., a Pineville, NC based wholesaler of forklifts and material handling equipment, to Bellatony, Inc. Greg Ponder, Senior Advisor at Viking Mergers & Acquisitions, represented the sellers, Buck and Janet Caldwell on the transaction. The Caldwell’s are repeat clients with this being the second business in the past 10 years that Viking has sold on their behalf. Bill Zemak, owner of Bellatony, Inc., is also a repeat client of Viking Mergers & Acquisitions, having sold his business Overstream Landscaping and Irrigation, with the help of Viking last year. Ponder facilitated in all phases of the transaction, from the initial analysis through closing. Details were not disclosed.
