Admark Graphic Systems Inc., a large format print solutions manufacturer specializing in producing fleet, architectural and POP graphics for companies nationwide, has been sold to a new owner through Viking Mergers and Acquisitions, a middle market business brokerage firm. Admark Graphics was previously owned by entrepreneurs Larry and Linda Sloop. The Sloops had positioned Admark Graphics for growth, expecting the business to double in size after finding the right successor.

The sale was facilitated by Greg Ponder, Trevor Crocker, and Dale Gillmore, all with Viking Mergers and Acquisitions. Admark Graphics gained an exceptional amount of interest among potential buyers, with nearly 50 inquiries and 6 offers. “We were confident that Admark would draw a large amount of interest,” says Greg Ponder, Partner at Viking Mergers. “Finding the right buyer was critical to a successful transition, and we helped land the perfect match,” Ponder continues.

Admark Graphics was purchased by Tom Grotta, an accomplished executive, business advisor, and investment partner with experience in developing and executing marketing and sales strategies. Grotta plans to maintain and preserve the culture of the business while keeping its nucleus intact. “I could not be happier with the buyer of our business,” says Larry Sloop, former owner of Admark Graphics. “Tom is the best cultural match for Admark Graphics, and I am confident that he will help produce aggressive growth and expansion.”
