Opportunity Snapshot
• U.S.-based medtech company with a novel, single-use nasal airway device designed to secure the airway without crossing the vocal cords or requiring paralytic drugs.
• Classified as Class I, 510(k)-exempt, enabling rapid commercialization with minimal regulatory burden.
• Developed and validated in surgical and dental clinic settings; prototypes and supply chain are ready for scale.

Market Opportunity
• $2.5B U.S. nasal intubation market (2024), projected to reach $4.1B by 2033 (7.2% CAGR).
• Broader global airway management market exceeds $7B annually.
• Device applicability across oral surgery, ENT, plastic surgery, colonoscopy, EMS, and outpatient settings—positioned to capture meaningful share.

Technology Highlights
• Supraglottic design: faster, less invasive alternative to traditional intubation.
• Curvilinear balloon seal: reduces trauma, prevents leaks, supports positive-pressure ventilation.
• Tri-lumen pathways: enable suctioning and rapid drug delivery.
• Simple training & one-piece design: avoids kinks, snap-offs, or metal parts.

Competitive Advantages
• Overcomes major drawbacks of LMA (limited airway protection, poor high-pressure ventilation) and Shiley tracheostomy tubes (invasive, high infection and maintenance risks).
• Provides secure airway control, improved patient safety, and reduced ICU admissions.
• Supported by Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in anesthesiology and emergency medicine.

Investment Highlights
• Disruptive value: shorter procedure time, reduced trauma, lower costs of care.
• Rapid path to market: regulatory exempt, scalable supply chain.
• Strong IP position: patents cover device geometry, balloon design, and multi-lumen functionality.
• High-margin model: outsourced manufacturing with >70% projected gross margins.
• Strategic exit visibility: attractive bolt-on for global airway/trauma device platforms.

Transaction
• Company is seeking indications of interest and is open to valuations aligned with prevailing FMV conditions.
• Flexible structures available (acquisition, staged buyout, licensing, etc.).
• Data room with prototypes, engineering files, and IP opinions available upon NDA.
