Pilar Lugo joins Viking Mergers & Acquisitions as the Marketing & Support Manager, bringing a strong foundation in marketing strategy, business operations, and client service developed through roles in both corporate and agency environments. Reporting directly to the President, she supports the firm’s marketing initiatives, business development efforts, internal operations, and day-to-day practice management across the Florida offices. Her responsibilities include coordinating marketing campaigns, preparing client-facing materials, supporting Advisors with presentations and reports, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both prospective and current clients.
Before joining Viking, Pilar served as a Marketing and Business Development Assistant with Greenberg Traurig, LLP, where she supported firmwide marketing initiatives, client development activities, and internal communications for one of the largest international law firms in the world. Her background included creating marketing collateral, managing event logistics, maintaining CRM data, and collaborating with attorneys and business teams to advance strategic growth priorities.
Earlier in her career, she worked in the Marketing department at AdventHealth West Florida, where she assisted in large-scale marketing campaigns across multiple service lines, contributed to content planning, managed social media engagement, and analyzed performance data to strengthen return on marketing investment.
Pilar earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Business Management from Florida State University. During her undergraduate studies, she held prominent leadership positions, including Vice President roles within both Delta Gamma Sorority and Florida State’s Fraternity and Sorority Life Panhellenic Council, where she oversaw strategic initiatives, fostered collaboration across diverse organizations, and enhanced her expertise in relationship building, event coordination, and team communication.
Born and raised in Florida, Pilar brings a warm, service-oriented approach to her work and a strong passion for supporting clients and colleagues alike. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing at the beach, Pilates, traveling, and taking care of her beloved Corgi, Sammie.
