Brad Offerdahl, President of Viking Mergers & Acquisitions, represented the sellers on the transaction.Founded in 1981, Analytical Testing Consultants is an environmental emissions testing and consulting company that is focused on air emissions sampling and testing for various industry types across the United States. Offerdahl facilitated in all phases of the transaction, from the initial analysis through closing. Details were not disclosed.
