Viking M&A sells well-known Peppermint Forest

Well-known pool and spa distributor, Oasis Pools, or also known by Charlotte locals as Peppermint Forest, has been sold by Greg Ponder at Viking Mergers & Acquisitions. Oasis Pools has built a reputation in the Charlotte community as a reputable spa dealer, but also as a must-see holiday attraction for families in the Carolina’s. The former owner decided to retire and has passed the business on to two very qualified buyers, one being his son and the other his current general manager, and both plan on growing the business further.
