Native Staffing of Charlotte, NC is a technical sourcing and staffing company that through partnerships, they are able to provide nationwide coverage and service in over 35 states. After being in business for 7 years and watching sales grow impressively, the owners felt this was a good time to sell their business.
The owners of Native Staffing were concerned about finding a qualified buyer for their business, but when Jay Offerdahl, Vice President of Viking Mergers began marketing the business, he had no problem finding an experienced, qualified buyer for Native Staffing. “I didn’t really have a strong expectation of what the price would be but after going through the process with Jay, and him gathering the information, he set a price for us that far exceeded what I was expecting” recounts Jaime Lein of Native Staffing. Viking Mergers closed the sale of Native Staffing in November 2013, just six months after listing.
