Viking Mergers & Acquisitions, an m&a firm serving middle market businesses in the Southeast, has successfully completed the sale of Disaster Restorations, a general contracting company specializing in emergency disaster and recovery solutions. Disaster Restorations was founded by successful business entrepreneur Tim Montgomery over 20 years ago and has served clients in the Carolinas ever since. After building a solid reputation with insurance companies and homeowners in the area, Montgomery decided that it was time to retire and pass the business on a new owner.
The sale of Disaster Restorations was facilitated by Phil Hagey, senior advisor at Viking Mergers & Acquisitions. Hagey knew that finding the right buyer for the business was essential. Disaster Restorations was acquired by Ashley Frazier, a buyer with experience in the restoration industry. “Ashley was the best fit for the business. I knew that his background and expertise would continue to help the business thrive,” says Hagey. Frazier plans to grow the company and expand further in the Carolinas.
