Brad Offerdahl, President of Viking Mergers & Acquisitions, represented the sellers on the transaction. Established in 1985, Advanced Machining provides high-precision machining and tool making services. The company specializes in prototype and short-run production for industries such as power generation, aerospace, medical and automotive.
