The former owner of Carolina Country Homes has been a close friend of Jay Offerdahl’s for years and when he decided it was time to make a change, he knew he could trust Viking to complete the sale. The seller looks forward to starting a new chapter while the buyer, who comes from an automotive background, is excited to take the business to the next level.
