After having only been on the market for two days and receiving over 50 inquiries, Viking M&A was able to secure a full price offer on Sun Plaza.
The Seller, who has managed Sun Plaza for over 20 years, decided to sell his business and retire. The buyers, both local Carolinians, are seasons entrepreneurs and are look forward top the future of their newest business venture.
