He later advanced into a management role with a leading privately held accounting and finance staffing firm, where he partnered with executive leadership to mitigate risk, negotiate agreements, manage labor costs, oversee payroll and workers’ compensation, and support workforce strategies across small and mid-sized businesses.

Through these experiences, Christian developed a clear understanding of how operational cost controls and financial transparency directly impact earnings and ultimately long-term market value, clarity to make solid decisions resulted in positive impacts for each business’s earnings and ultimately their enterprise value. This insight originally led Christian into his role as a Senior Advisor at Viking and now into his advancement as a Partner.

Christian is a dual degree graduate from Florida State University, earning Bachelor of Science Degrees in Finance and Real Estate, and he holds a commercial real estate license.
