Before joining Viking, Phillip built a successful career in commercial real estate, brokering deals across multiple asset classes and states. He also served as Vice President of Acquisitions for a startup multifamily development firm and was a partner in a national home renovation franchise, which he exited in 2019.
Based in Hanover, Virginia, Phillip lives with his wife of 20 years and their four daughters. An active and dedicated father, he spends much of his time coaching his daughters’ lacrosse teams. When he’s not working or on the field, Phillip enjoys fishing in the Chesapeake Bay with his father and uncle.
