How to Prepare an Architectural Services Firm for Sale

Make sure your business secures a higher multiple by taking these steps now to increase the value.

Starting and growing a business takes years of planning, strategizing and forecasting but what many business owners do not realize is that selling your business takes just as much thought and effort.
