Justin Kendall served in the U.S. Army as an intelligence specialist and continued his service as a senior consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton. After receiving a degree in Military Intelligence, Justin went on to study business at Brigham Young and Harvard Business School. Justin has proven to be an accomplished entrepreneur over 18 years of having owned and operated several pest control companies, a retail cellular store, and a consulting firm as well as having been active as an investor and agent in real estate.

Justin first gained experience with mergers and acquisitions as a manager/partner of several companies that were acquired and then through a series of acquisitions that he personally executed into his own pest control business. Kendall is an Associate Certified Entomologist and serves as a director on the Virginia Pest Management Association board as well as the Pestmaster Franchise Advisory Board. He has received numerous awards and recognition for the fastest growth and best practices.

Married for over 15 years, Justin and Lisa are the parents of six children. Justin has lived in 20 states and visited all the continental states with plans to visit Hawaii and Alaska in 2023. To say he enjoys traveling would be an understatement. He also enjoys reading and spending time with his family.
