This opportunity represents the acquisition of a specialized third-party logistics (3PL) and white-glove delivery platform serving hospitality, luxury retail, and commercial construction clients throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The company provides an integrated logistics solution that includes receiving, warehousing, inventory management, final-mile transportation, delivery, and installation services for furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) associated with hotel renovations, retail buildouts, and commercial projects. Operations are supported by an approximately 80,000-square-foot temperature-controlled warehouse, secure trucking yard, and established logistics infrastructure that enables efficient staging, storage, and distribution for complex projects across the region.
The business generates revenue through a combination of recurring warehouse storage, project-based logistics services, and white-glove delivery and installation, supported by long-standing relationships with hospitality brands, contractors, and luxury retail clients. The platform operates within the growing U.S. 3PL sector and benefits from strong regional demand driven by ongoing hotel renovations, commercial development, and increasing reliance on outsourced logistics solutions. With an experienced logistics team, scalable warehouse capacity, and an established reputation in the DC metro market, the company is well positioned for continued growth under new ownership.
This opportunity represents a strategic carve-out of a non-core business unit from an established parent company. The seller is seeking to transition ownership in order to sharpen focus on its primary operating segments, creating the opportunity for a dedicated owner-operator or strategic buyer to invest in and expand the logistics platform as a standalone enterprise. Existing ownership and operational leadership are committed to providing transition support to ensure continuity of customer relationships, operational stability, and successful onboarding of new ownership.
